Our House

Our house is the first one going up the creek with our 22 foot sailboat at the dock.

The entry door is mahogany and I carved the good luck dragon because we live in Oriental, NC

The winter moon sets across the junction of Smith and Morris Creeks

Inside of the entry door. The Oriental grill pattern is repeated throughout the house.

View of the loft from just inside the entry. All ceilings are open to the roof and panelled with white cedar.

The winding staircase of ash and cherry.

The two level staircase was the most challenging house project as it was built without direct access to the space. The wall is panelled in clear white cedar..

Stained glass great heron suspended between double glass panes. My first stained glass project other than training stuff.
